Are there any updates about my order? You should receive an email with tracking info from orders@yasoku.us once your product has shipped out.
When will my order ship? In stock products should ship in less than 3 days. Some publications are released on a preorder schedule — there will be information inside of the product description if this is the case about when we expect them to ship out.
T-Shirts are made to order — expect 1-2 weeks.
I have an issue with my order. Please contact us below if you have any issues such as products arriving damaged or something arriving not exactly the way you expected it.
There are no shipping options listed when I try to check out. Our shipping processor has issues with countries that do not have states (i.e. Singapore). Put in your country name if you do not have a state. Otherwise, reach out to us and we can ring you up for a manual invoice.
